interTrend Communications Inc. a full-service communication agency based in Long Beach, California, specializes in messaging to the Asian American community via various in-language media, including in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Filipino. InterTrend needed a way to organize and share knowledge of these markets within the organization.
the solution:
Amauta Tech designed and developed web-based software called the InterTrend Knowledge Center. Across the organization teams are able to capture project knowledge in the Knowledge Center, and then access that information as needed and as new clients and projects are added.
